Post Stretch Routine

Back To Technique

Hold ALL stretches for 15 second count

- Lay on back pull knee to chest - both legs

- Lay on back pull knee to chest and rotate outward - both legs

- Lay on back pull knee to chest and rotate knee inward toward shoulder - both legs

- Lay on back pull knee to chest and rotate knee outward to ground, shoulders stay flat - both legs

- Butterfly stretch: Pull heals toward body, chest out

- Cradle stretch: One leg over the other, lay on back, reach through legs, pull at knee - both legs

- Hamstring stretch: Flat on back, straight leg raises, 10 each leg

- Hip flexor stretch: One leg out front, hands behind back, chest out, push hips, down and forward - both legs

- Squat stretch: Deep squat, weight on heels, push knees out with elbows from inside of the knees

- Shoulder stretch: Right arm across, then left

- Tricep stretch: Right arm by right ear, then left
