Back To Technique

- 2 feet on one side of the line, facing forward: Step over with both feet, and backward with both feet as fast as possible

- Start with feet staggering the line (one on each side) feet are parallel with line, flip feet to opposite sides in crossover fashion, then repeat with front leg know crossing in the back and back leg crossing in front, - 20 second continuous

- Start with one foot in front of line and one foot in back of the line, rotate feet back and forward as fast as possible for 20 seconds
