Back To Technique

- Walking lunges with twist

- Cradle walk (pull heel to hip)

- Step - Squat - Lean 3X then switch sides

- Walking high knee pulls (knee to chest pulls)

- Leg kicks (straight leg, kick opposite foot to opposite hand)

- Inch worm (push up, walk feet to hands with straight legs, walk hands back out, repeat) 3X

- Walking quadricep stretch
