Back To Technique

- Twisters: starting position is on you back, 90 degree elevated leg bend, Shoulders off ground, arms extended, hands together. Arms rotate to the right, back to center, then left, for a 1 second count, repeat for 30 seconds

- Planks - Toes on ground, Elbows on ground, Tight core, Straight line head to toe, 30 seconds

- Toe touches: Laying on back, hands on ground, legs straight in the air, touch behind head, touch toes, repeat as many times as possible in 30 seconds

- Kneeling opposite holds: Starting position is hands and knees, opposite arm and leg go straight, hold position for 30 seconds, then switch to opposite arm and leg
