- Partner leg throws: Grab partners ankles, partner throws legs in opposite directions - 30 seconds

- Single leg back bride: One leg straight in air, one leg bent at 90 degrees with flat foot on ground. Straight body, shoulders on the ground - 30 second hold each leg

- Ab rocker - Crunch position with elbows and knees touching and feet in air. Partner pulls ankles to ground, athlete hold position throughout movement
