- Jack knives (1 leg up, touch opposite elbow to opposite knee) Arms straight hands together, legs straight, 12X each

- Planks - Toes on ground, Elbows on ground, Tight core, Straight line head to toe, 30 seconds

- Shooters - Crunch position, arms across chest, legs bent, 1leg goes out straight then back, alternate legs, 60 seconds

- Kneeling opposites - Knees and hands on floor, opposite arm and leg go straight, alternate rotations, 30 seconds
